Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), in collaboration with Co-Spaces, is launching its first co-working space, WO-RK, at Burjuman Metro Station.

The opening is scheduled for April 1, the testing period will last until June 30. The coworking center will be able to offer everyone a convenient, inexpensive and inspiring place to work right on the territory of the metro station.

The center will also provide essential business support services, simplifying the process of obtaining licenses, EJARIs and business addresses. In addition, educational and mentoring programs will be held here.

"RTA is proud to see another of its visionary concepts come to fruition, namely the creation of a co-working space at Burjuman Metro Station. Through this initiative, RTA aims to achieve its strategic goals in line with Dubai Vision 2040 and make the emirate the world's best city to live in," said Mohammed Al Hammadi, Chief Commerce and Investment Officer, RTA.

“Based on the success of the launch of the first co-working space at Burjuman Metro Station, RTA will look into expanding the co-working network to other favourable locations in the metro,” Mr. Al Hammadi added.

"We are proud to partner with RTA to create WO-RK, a revolutionary co-working concept. This partnership is in line with our commitment to providing innovative work solutions and creating a dynamic work environment. By embarking on this journey with RTA, we hope to shape the future of workspaces by offering a unique combination of convenience, flexibility and inclusion for all members of society," said Shahzad Bhatti, Founder of The Co-Spaces.
