After the purchase, Raf gets in touch and walks you into the business side of it. It's not just a car wash with a laptop. It unlocks Higgins Helitours and Smoke on the Water, which is why skipping it causes so much confusion.
Why Higgins Helitours matters this week
Higgins Helitours normally costs GTA$900,000, so a free claim is worth taking if you're already in the Money Fronts system. The process is simple once the Car Wash is owned. Open the in-game phone, go to Maze Bank Foreclosures, choose Higgins Helitours, and complete the checkout while it shows as free. You can pick another interior tint if you want, but that part costs GTA$10,000. The business adds passive income and is said to improve Air Freight Cargo earnings, so hangar players will get more out of it than someone who never touches smuggling work. Rockstar hasn't given clear public numbers for the passive rate, cap, cooldown, or exact cargo boost, so don't plan around fantasy payout charts.

The May 21 to May 27 week was much more race-heavy. Street Races, Pursuit Races, Drag Races, and Drift Races all paid double GTA$ and RP, while LS Car Meet activities gave 5x Reputation. That was a strong window for anyone chasing Car Meet ranks, trade prices, and cosmetics. Auto Shop Robbery Contract Finales also paid double, which made discounted Auto Shops a smart buy at the time. RC Time Trials and Junk Energy Time Trials were doubled too. The Prize Ride was the Ocelot Virtue, earned by placing Top 3 in LS Car Meet Series races three times. Also, don't mix Grand RP server updates with GTA Online. They're different things.
