Random drops in Ultimate Delirium maps

The most direct way to obtain refined fear, panic, and envy is to participate in Ultimate Delirium maps, a type of ultimate content that is both rewarding and challenging. These maps are filled with Delirium enemies - shadowy, unpredictable foes that get more difficult the longer you stay in the mist of Delirium.

Refined emotions are rare drops from these enemies and are not always available. The deeper you explore the Delirium, the more rewards you trigger, and the higher your chances of finding the right Distilled Emotion. Consider using mechanics that increase the number and rarity of buy POE 2 Currency items (such as scarabs, sextants, and map modifiers) to increase the drop rate.
