In terms of absolute and objective effectiveness, fat burners are not worth the money. In addition, regular use of stimulants and other similar components often leads to the inability to perform normal workouts after stopping their use. Therefore, do not use them often.
Among fat burners that will be useful, it is worth noting supplements based on yohimbine. Pure yohimbine without impurities and additional components is an excellent tool for increasing the intensity of training, for greater calorie expenditure and for activating fat receptors, which in total will accelerate weight loss. Note that you can buy it even in a pharmacy, and not only in sports nutrition stores.
Caffeine is the best and most proven stimulant that can replace any fat burner-stimulant. Cheap and effective. Think twice before overpaying for obscure components in an expensive supplement, in which, by the way, stimulation will occur due to caffeine, which can be found out from the composition of such "fat burners".
