I have been a professional career counselor for over 20 years, working with high school students, college students, graduates, and professionals looking for a career change. Job seekers make the same mistakes all the time, but they can be avoided.

Finding work has become much more difficult with a sluggish economy and higher unemployment rates. 

Job hunting can be stressful and daunting, not to mention a tedious process. To compound these difficulties, most job seekers fall into some of the deadliest job hunting mistakes, but the problem is that they don't know it.
